''AI is changing a lot right now, and the uncertainty of where this will take us creates concern. We ask ourselves new questions about trust. The meeting between art, technology and people makes us ask more questions, which is a good start to a journey of innovation. It is about exploring together, in a neutral arena, from several perspectives and to reward curiosity about the unknown, even if it is a little scary today'', said Martin Högenberg, program manager for Visual Arena, who was one of the exhibitors at the conference.

Civil Minister Erik Slottner, who opened the conference, raised the concerns with AI and the importance of regulation which was also one of the issues discussed.

''Today, AI is not as regulated as we might need and we do not have the common regulation within the EU. If you avoid having 27 different regulations, it is better to have one and the same regulation in the internal market, which I hope will later be able to inspire other parts of the world as well'', said Erik Slottner.

The event took place at Lindholmen Science Park and was organized by the Government Office, the Ministry of Finance, the City of Gothenburg, the Västra Götaland Region and the County Administrative Board of Västra Götaland County.
