New gym opens in Lindholmen Science Park

As part of the leasing process, we at Älvstranden Utveckling AB asked people in Lindholmen for help regarding what they wanted to see on the premises. A gym was at the top and so it was.

''We have had a clear vision for a long time that we wanted to rent out the space to a gym business and it feels very nice to be now able to welcome Prehab GBG to Lindholmen'', says Henrik Sellgren, leasing manager at Älvstranden Utveckling AB.

Prehab GBG is a newly started company, but Josefine Bertram, who is the founder, is not new to the world of training. She has worked with training for many years, both for corporate health and private clients.

About a year ago, I started thinking about renting a space I could offer to my customers, but from the beginning, it was supposed to be on a slightly smaller scale. Then I found out about the location in Lindholmen Science Park and it couldn't be a better match as I'm a little extra passionate about corporate health and Lindholmen is full of companies, she says.

On the premises, there will be space for a gym for individual training, but there will also be space for group training, yoga and treatments in the form of, for example, massage and coaching of various kinds. It will also be possible for companies to book the venue as a meeting place and supplement it with, for example, a joint training session or health lecture.

''We will start stealthily in the premises during December, but the grand opening will take place directly at the beginning of January. I will also visit several of the companies in Lindholmen to tell you more about our business and how we can collaborate. But you can already read more on our website prehabgbg.se'', says Josefine.
