In first quarter of 2013, one of Gothenburg's largest hotel will open at Lindholmspiren. Skanska is building the hotel, which will be named Radisson Blu - Riverside Hotel. In addition to 265 elegant guest rooms, the hotel will have a modern restaurant and bar and 150 square meter venue including a spa.
