    Restarang på Lindholmspiren 5From January 1, 2010 there is a new restaurant at Lindholmspiren 5 (former known as Tres), Restaurang Magnus and Patrick. May 15,  the restaurant closes and is rebuilt to a food court. A new cafe opens May 15 in Wettergrens former shop premises.

    EU Minister Cecilia Malmström is Sweden's new European Commissioner. Fredrik Reinfeldt announced this at a press conference in Rosenbad on Tuesday afternoon. The week before she was at Lindholmen.

    One of Sweden's best-selling quiz, MIG (Mobile Intelligence Games), is being released as an application for the iPhone and iPod touch. Behind the application are two students from Chalmers University Masters Program in Interaction Design Lindholmen. The goal was to make a different ex-job with iPhone developers at the company inUse.
    - We have developed a computer game which is designed as a classic parlor game rather than a conventional computer games, says Kalle Landin, one of the students.

    Kuggen LindholmsplatsenThe construction of Chalmers' new property with the working title "Cog" started up this week in Lindholmen's Square. 4 November at 3.15 pm Chalmers president Karin Markides presents how the college looks upon the future and what efforts will be made on Campus Lindholmen.

    Today was the signing of the European Road Safety Charter at Lindholmen Science Park. 20 new signatures, including Swedish companies, associations and public authorities from different industries attended the event and signed unique commitment of the European Road Safety Charter.

    electric car poolThe number of users in the world's first complete electric car pool, located in Lindholmen, is steadily increasing. When the electric car pool opened in spring it had 50 users, today there are 80 people who borrow electric cars when they need a fast and environmentally friendly drive from Lindholmen to different parts of town.
