Göteborg’s greenest property nears completion
Innovation and cutting edge technology have resulted in a super-efficient office complex at Lindholmen. Phase 2 of Lindholmen Science Park will be completed at the end of June 2010. Tenants are already flocking to the new premises. A third of the area – 6,000 m2 – is already rented.
