Lindholmen Open Day

Lindholmen Open Day usually takes place at the end of September and is coordinated by Lindholmen Science Park. It is an open and free event where everyone is welcome - those who work in the area as well as interested members of the public. The day ends with Lindholmen Relay - a fun team activity with teams from across the city.

We are currently planning the eighth edition of Lindholmen Open Day, which will be held on September 26, 2024. If you and your organization would like to participate, you are warmly welcome to contact project manager Karin Weijdegård (see contact information below).

Examples of ways you can participate:

• Exhibition 
There are spaces both outdoors and on the pedestrian street. We would like to see engaging and interactive exhibitions - please express your interest by sending a brief description of what you would like to showcase to the project manager by May 10. Participation is free of charge.

• Side events 
Exhibitions and programs will run from 9:00 to 14:00. Afterwards, we welcome anyone who wants to organize their own side event - perhaps a workshop, a lecture, or an after-work gathering. You will handle the practical aspects, and we will assist in promoting your event as part of Lindholmen Open Day.

• Nominate candidates for Collaborator of the Year 
Every year we celebrate a person who has created conditions for successful collaborations in an open and engaging way. The winner will receive a nice prize and festive award ceremony at Lindholmen Open Day. Who would you like to nominate? (The nomination period will open soon)

• Register your team for the Lindholmen Relay 
The competition is organized by the athletics club Ullevi Vikingen, and registration will open later in the spring.
