About the organisation
Keep Getting Smarter AB act as advisors and consultants on digital transformation, with a focus on IoT. We exist to "make digital business transformation happen with full commercial impact." Our focus is not technology or solutions, but to ensure that the new product / service / customer offer, is supported by the strategy and business model, in order to get the product to service transformation to work. In addition we need to ensure there is operational capability to deliver on the updated offers, particularly in the sales organization. So we work with the business and organizational transformation, rather than the technology that makes it possible.
