Uni3 by Geely is building a new hotel on Lindholmen

With the water as its nearest neighbor, a view over Gothenburg's inner city and with the creativity that the location in an innovation center entails, a completely new hotel is now being built on Geely's campus on Lindholmen in Gothenburg. The hotel, which is expected to open in the autumn of 2022, will have 254 hotel rooms, two restaurants, two bars, conference areas and a wellness area.

The 12,745 square meter property is already under construction and is expected to be completed so that the hotel can open in the autumn of 2022. The property owner is Geely.
