Electrification - what mindset will take us to the top? What brought us here? What will it take to stay on top? Technological innovation thrives under the right circumstances and with the right leadership. A leadership that attracts talent and encourages exploration and entrepreneurship. In this session we will listen to three people as they share their career stories within this field. What has been their journey and how has it intertwined with the journey of the electric vehicle?

Martin Gow is an experienced CEO within consultancy scaleups with an extra passion for electrification and leadership. His approach might be rooted in philosophy, but in reality it is about pragmatic, profitable yet principled management of a business for long-term success. Martin is currently the CEO of SINIX Group located at Uni3 at Lindholmen.

Susanne Bjärsvik is Vice President Electromobility Strategic Development within the Volvo Group and a pioneer in the field of batteries. With more than a decade working with batteries she is now pointing out the way for one of the world’s leading manufacturers of trucks, buses, construction equipment and marine and industrial engines.

Gabriel Samuelsson has been working with wireless charging for electric vehicles during the last ten years. Gabriel is currently involved in several high-power wireless charging integration projects, one being the Volvo taxi vehicles at Lindholmen Science Park. Gabriel is passionate about developing new disruptive technologies where innovation can create a better and more sustainable world.
