In the following sections, numerous solutions are presented, focusing on those available on the market and already in operation today. The emphasis is on demonstrating that improvements are possible in the short term, and the next step is to scale up the use of these existing solutions. The solutions are categorized into four subsections: Maritime Transport, Port Operations, Hinterland Transportation, and Connected Services. This functional division facilitates the identification of different stakeholders in the supply chain and line of operations, allowing for the pinpointing of specific actions to to elaborate and demonstrate potential collaboration extensions. Additionally, a set of basic prerequisites necessary to support the implementation of these solutions is described.
