Cuckoo's Nest opens for lunch
After a long break during the pandemic, the award-winning restaurant at the Radisson Blu Riverside Hotel is finally opening for lunch again.
The Cuckoo's Nest restaurant has been inspired by the dynamic and versatile area at Lindholmen Science Park. In the restaurant, boundless creativity and imagination flourish, where classics meet innovative variants - with a touch of madness! This year, the hotel, and the restaurant as well, celebrate 10 years with a party in the spring. That the lunch opens again in time for the 10th anniversary is long-awaited among both guests and staff.
