Now the first residents are moving into Karlatornet
19 years after Ola Serneke bought the site and 10 years after he presented the idea of building the Nordic region's tallest building, the first owners are now allowed to move into Karlatornet.

In two weeks, 50 apartments will be occupied and by the end of the year, around 300 apartments will be occupied and ready. After that, moving in will continue for most of next year. At the same time, the rest of the tower is being completed and the inauguration of Karlatornet will take place next year. In 2024, an observation deck with a restaurant will also open on the 69th floor, which the public will have access to.
