Systemic innovation for creative diversity and democracy
DemoCreate is now starting - a national and cross-cutting innovation project for the creative sector. By unleashing and strengthening the democratic and innovative power of cultural and creative industries, the goal is to build a dynamic and inclusive society that safeguards the fundamental freedoms of all citizens.
– A free and vibrant cultural life is fundamental to Swedish prosperity and competitiveness, say Martina Eriksdotter and Jenny Wiik, who initiated the original idea and lead the work from Lindholmen Science Park.
The work to develop and enable the strategic innovation program is led by Lindholmen Science Park in collaboration with Gothenburg University, Blekinge Institute of Technology, Stockholm School of Economics and the CreARTive network, and will in the future include a large number of partners and sub-investments.
